Constituído por um suporte articulável para posicionamento e fixação de mastro ou cano de sustentação de antenas ou outros, que fixado no caibro de sustentação do telhado, sem furar ou quebrar a telha, permite a montagem e fixação dos mesmos, ao nível do telhado ou fora deste, para posterior levantamento pela articulação do suporte em sua correta posisão de uso, e ser fixado pelo ajustador-fixador, em telhados com qualquer grau de inclinação, além de comportar mastros ou canos de várias bitolas.
