COMPOSIÇÃO CONTENDO CICLOSPORINA. E descrita uma nova composição farmacêutica, isenta de álcool, de fluxo livre, clara e transparente contendo ciclosporina. A quantidade de ciclosporina é medida com facilidade em uma ampla faixa de temperaturas de 15° até 45°C. A composição compreende uma ciclosporina em um meio transportador hidrófilo que é composto por propilenoglicol, um produto da transesterificação de um triglicerídeo de um óleo vegetal natural e um poliol de polialquileno-tal como ésteres 6 de polietileno glicol do óleo do núcleo de sementes de abricó-tais como Labrafil Ml 944, óleos de rícino hidrogenados com polietileno tal como Cremophor RH 40 e triacetina ou triacetato de glicerol.
