Refere-se a um Certificado de Adição de Invenção do PI9802176-1, depositado em 22/06/98, atribuindo-lhe uma aperfeiçoamento tecnológico, revestido-o de características técnicas extremamente inéditas e peculiares, comparativamente aquelas apresentadas pelo processo em análise. O presente Certificado de Adição situa-se junto ao setor tecnológico da indústria coureiro-calçadista. Em essência, busca-se com o presente Certificado de Adição, um aperfeiçoamento tecnológico que prevê o fato de que a sola (2) é dotada de orifícios de encaixe (3) dos pinos (4) existentes na palmilha (1), os quais estão intercalados por rebaixos (5), que configuram vazios para o posicionamento dos tirantes (6) fixados no solado (2) através de grampos (7).
