Abstract
"CIRCUITO DE GÁS PARA QUEIMADOR". O presente relatório de Certificado de Adição, consiste em implementar o circuito de gás para queimador com a utilização de um Controlador Digital Microprocessado, que monitora a temperatura no plenum através de um termômetro (PT100), liberando um nível de corrente suficiente para a válvula proporcional (27), que ajusta automaticamente, e proporcionalmente ao sinal elétrico fornecido, a vazão de gás para controlar e ajustar a temperatura pré-determinada em no controlador digital. Este sistema empregado proporciona a vantagem de que uma vez ajustada a temperatura requerida para o processo, o operador não precisa voltar a fazer qualquer tipo de regulagem, além de ser mais preciso e ter resposta mais rápida.
