Abstract

O presente modelo consiste em um anel para fixação de rolamento utilizado em máquinas elétricas girantes, sendo este fundido com orifício para expurgo do lubrificante. Este anel fundido é produzido sem a utilização de macho de fundição e sem qualquer processo de usinagem, gerando uma redução significativa nos custos de produção, evitando possíveis perdas no processo de usinagem, e principalmente reduzindo as variações dimensionais geradas pelo processo com macho de fundição.
