É descrito um mecanismo para ajuste de altura da grelha em churrasqueira ou similares que promove a movimentação da grelha (100) no plano vertical em relação à fonte de calor, apresentando ummecanismo de acionamento acessado pela porção frontal da churrasqueira/parrilla, atuando em um braço que movimenta o suporte da grelha, permitindo uma ampla gama de ajuste de altura, a facilidade de acionamento e a possibilidade de adaptar às estruturas de alvenaria existentes, não sendo necessária nenhuma intervenção na estrutura existente.
