Compreende a presente patente de uma seringa que já venha mensurada/graduada em unidades de Toxina Botulínica, dispensando a conversão e/ou utilização de seringa de insulina para tal finalidade, sendo única e exclusivamente para aplicação de toxina Botulínica, não tendo outra finalidade na medicina, odontologia ou outra área da saúde , caracterizada por ser constituída de corpo de seringa (1) que é confeccionado em material plástico transparente, sendo dotado de embolo (2) agulha fixa(3), protetor de agulha (4) que engloba variações nas seringas para frascos de Toxina Botulínica a serem diluídas nas respectivas porcentagens de cloreto de sódio.
