PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DE BRIQUETES PELO REAPROVEITAMENTO DE RESÍDUOS SÓLIDOS ORGÂNICOS E INORGÂNICOS PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE COMBUSTÍVEL E ENERGIA, compreendendo conceito operativo de processo de fabricação em que são reaproveitados resíduos (1) sólidos orgânicos e inorgânicos e utilizados dispositivos de trituração (4) de uso comum e de compactação (5) para a mistura desses resíduos (1) e matéria orgânica neutralizadora (2), compósito que, depois de inertizado pela adição da matéria orgânica e mineral (2) e pela desidratação (3) por exposição solar ou sucedâneo, passa por processo de compactação (5) por briquetagem, sem a adição de reagentes químicos.
