Abstract

ARRANJO DE BOMBA PERISTÁLTICA ACOPLADA A MOTOR PNEUMÁTICO, PARA SISTEMA DE SEGURANÇA JUNTO A BALDE DE TINTA DE IMPRESSORA FLEXOGRÁFICA.Para evitar faíscas decorrentes de motor elétrico para a bomba peristáltica de transferência, substituindo-o por um motor pneumático. Para tanto, no módulo de transferência de tinta de uma máquina flexográfica, a bomba peristáltica (9) usada para o abastecimento do cilindro de entintagem é acoplada com um motor pneumático (12), com suas mangueiras (13) ligadas ao seu compressor. Estando o eixo (11) do motor pneumático (12) acionado, o eixo (8) da bomba peristáltica (9) é movimentado para que, pelos seus roletes (R) da mangueira (M) de esmagamento ocorra a retirada da tinta do balde de tinta (3) para o cilindro de entintagem, sem perigo de faíscas, trazendo segurança para o funcionamento da máquina flexográfica.
