É descrito uma disposição construtiva em evaporador multifuncional aplicado em câmaras frias que descreve uma estrutura metálica retangular (100) dotada de um sistema de fixação (12), tampas laterais deslizantes (10) com iluminação, tampa frontal basculante (11) que apresenta um sistema de umidificação do ambiente (112), além de descrever um sistema de drenagem (14) posicionado na parte traseira do equipamento, permitindo a fácil instalação, manutenção e higienização.
