É descrito um dispositivo para corte de massa folhada que compreende uma estrutura inferior (10) que apresenta um par de longarinas paralelas (11) distanciadas por travessas (12) intervaladas por um vão linear (13), e uma estrutura superior (20) solidarizada à estrutura inferior (10) através de um meio de articulação (30), e que apresenta longarinas paralelas (22) em cuja face inferior são fixados perfis em "U" (23) dispostos transversais em relação às longarinas (22), ditos perfis em "U" (23) com abertura inferior (231) alinhada com a travessa (12) da estrutura inferior (10) e medida de largura coincidente, estando as extremidades livres do perfil em "U"alinhadas com os vãos lineares (13) da estrutura inferior (10).
