VÁLVULA DE DIAFRAGMA (1) constitui-se de um dispositivo indicador de posição da válvula (2), um assento da mola (3), uma tampa (4), uma mola (5), um diafragma (6) e um corpo (7). O diafragma (6) é fabricado em poliuretano, feito por fundição, em peça única, que possui um tempo de vida útil de, no mínimo, dez anos, pois ele pode operar em qualquer condição, com qualquer esforço e com qualquer tipo de líquido sem ressecar, sem dilatar, sem romper (proteção contra a corrosão) e sem desgaste, possuindo alta resistência mecânica e a abrasão. Os custos operacionais e de manutenção, em virtude da tecnologia e material empregados, tornam-se extremamente baixos ou, até, inexistentes.
