Compreendendo uma manta retangular (1) fabricado e material reciclável (PET) não tecido, sendo referida manta costurada nas laterais de modo a formar uma bolsa (4), contendo no interior dessa bolsa uma região impermeável (11, 12 e 14) e uma região permeável (15 e 16); contendo uma faixa de contenção (10) que limita a abertura da bolsa e ilhoses (8 e 9) na parte superior que permitem que seja pendurada a bolsa em uma parede ou muro.
