CEPAS AUXOTRÓFICAS DE BACTÉRIA STAPHYLOCOCCUS, SEU USO, MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO E KIT. A presente invenção refere-se à bactéria Staphylococcus recombinante (por exemplo, S. epidermidis) que é dependente de D-alanina para crescimento. De acordo com um aspecto, a invenção refere-se a uma bactéria Staphylococcus recombinante que compreende dois genes para alanina racemase (delta alr1 delta alr2) inativados e um gene para D-alanina aminotransferase (dat) inativado. De acordo com outro aspecto, a invenção refere-se a um método de produção da bactéria Staphylococcus recombinante.
