Abstract
MEIO DE ARMAZENAMENTO DIGITAL NÃO TRANSITÓRIO. Trata-se de uma interpolação entre parâmetros de CPB (ou HRD) explicitamente sinalizados em taxas de bits selecionadas, utilizada para alcançar um bom compromisso entre a capacidade de transmissão dos parâmetros de CPB e a eficácia da parametrização de CPB, podendo, particularmente, ser realizada de maneira eficaz.
