Conjugados de anticorpo-fármaco (ADC?s) que se ligam à proteína FLT3 e variantes desta são descritos aqui. FLT3 exibe um padrão de expressão distinto e limitado em tecido(s) adulto(s) normal(is) e é aberrantemente expressada nos canceres listados na Tabela I. Consequentemente, os ADC?s da invenção fornecem uma composição terapêutica para o tratamento de câncer.
