CEPA DE LACTOBACILLUS PARACASEI KBL385, COMPOSIÇÕES ALIMENTAR, DE ADITIVO ALIMENTAR E FARMACÊUTICAS, BEM COMO USOS DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO COMPREENDENDO A CEPA PARA PREVENIR OU TRATAR DOENÇAS INTESTINAIS, DOENÇAS ALÉRGICAS, DOENÇAS AUTOIMUNES OU DOENÇAS INFLAMATÓRIAS. A presente invenção pertence a: uma nova cepa probiótica derivada do ser humano que é Lactobacillus paracasei KBL382, Lactobacillus paracasei KBL384 ou Lactobacillus paracasei KBL385; e um uso da cepa para melhorar a saúde intestinal e tratar ou prevenir doenças intestinais. A cepa de acordo com a presente invenção tem excelentes funções anti-inflamatórias e imunomoduladoras, tem um excelente efeito de fortalecimento sobre as junções apertadas da parede do trato intestinal, suprime a perda de peso induzida por enterite e redução do comprimento do cólon, exibindo, desse modo, um efeito terapêutico para enterite e alivia significativamente os sintomas de dermatite atópica. Portanto, a cepa pode ser útil como um material probiótico para realçar os efeitos anti-inflamatórios, fortalecer a imunidade, melhorar as funções de saúde intestinal e aliviar as doenças alérgicas.
