Uma composição compreendendo ou consistindo em: - um primeiro componente enzimático, compreendendo ou consistindo em uma protease glutamina-específica e/ou uma protease prolil-específica, preferencialmente uma endoprotease glutamina-específica e/ou uma endoprotease prolil-específica, prioritariamente uma endoprotease prolil-específica; e - um segundo componente enzimático, compreendendo ou consistindo em uma enzima celulolítica, preferencialmente celulase, em que, preferencialmente, o segundo componente enzimático é derivado de e/ou produzido por um Trichoderma reesei.
