Abstract
TRATAMENTO DE ASMA POR BLOQUEIO DE IL-13 E TSLP. A presente invenção refere-se a compostos para uso no tratamento de doenças pulmonares, em particular asma, em que os ditos compostos se ligam às citocinas IL-13 e TSLP. Os tratamentos de acordo com a presente invenção podem diminuir o nível de óxido nítrico exalado fracionado (FeNO) em pelo menos 18 ppb em comparação com placebo. Os tratamentos da presente invenção também podem reduzir a contagem de eosinófilos, aumentar o FEV1 e/ou reduzir a inflamação das vias aéreas.
