A presente invenção refere-se a uma forma de dosagem oral, como uma cápsula, compreendendo (a) mirdametinibe com um d90 não superior a 250 mícrons, um d50 não superior a 50 mícrons, ou ambos, e (b) um ou mais excipientes farmaceuticamente aceitáveis. As formas de dosagem são úteis no tratamento de tumores ou cânceres, como neurofibromas plexiformes (PN), neurofibromas plexiformes associados à neurofibromatose tipo 1 (NF1-PN), glioma de alto grau (HGG), câncer de ovário de baixo grau, histiocitose de células de Langerhans (LCH), câncer cerebral e um câncer que metastatizou para o cérebro de um paciente. A invenção também se refere a regimes de dosagem aprimorados para tratamentos com mirdametinibe.
