Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a métodos para o tratamento de uma deformidade da coluna vertebral, tal como deformidade toracolombar em um indivíduo em necessidade do referido tratamento, sendo que o referido método compreende a etapa de administrar uma quantidade terapeuticamente eficaz de um inibidor da sinalização de FGFR3, ou um agonista de NPR-B e/ou um agonista de NPR-C ao referido indivíduo.
