Abstract
A presente invenção se refere a um agente de degradação contendo substituinte aril para quinase ciclina-dependente 12/13 (CDK12/13) e um método de preparação para o mesmo e uma composição farmacêutica e uso do mesmo. O agente de degradação para CDK12/13 da presente invenção tem uma estrutura representada pela fórmula (I). O composto pode ser usado como um agente de degradação de proteína quinase e pode degradar de forma eficaz e altamente seletiva uma proteína CDK12/13 e inibir proliferação, migração e invasão de várias células tumorais.
