COMPOSIÇÃO, VACINA CONTRA A INFECÇÃO PELO VÍRUS DA DENGUE, COMPOSIÇÃO PARA USO, USO DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO, E, MÉTODO PARA IMUNIZAÇÃO CONTRA INFECÇÃO PELO VÍRUS DA DENGUE. A presente invenção se refere a uma vacina de ácido ribonucleico mensageiro (mRNA) do vírus da dengue. Em particular, a vacina inclui um mRNA que codifica uma proteína de envelope (E) mutante do vírus da dengue na posição 8 e/ou 101 formulada em nanopartículas lipídicas. A vacina de mRNA da presente invenção é segura e eficaz, o que causa aumento na produção de anticorpos neutralizantes contra múltiplos sorotipos do vírus da dengue e redução na resposta ao aumento dependente de anticorpos (ADE).
