A matriz fluoroelástica inclui um fluoroelastômero e o fluoroenchimento inclui uma molécula à base de carbono fluorado. Uma quantidade do fluoroenchimento é dispersa na matriz fluoroelástica. As composições poliméricas são usadas para formar elementos de vedação tendo um corpo anular para resistir a ambientes agressivos.
