Abstract
MÉTODOS DE CULTURA CELULAR. A divulgação confere métodos de cultura de células de perfusão contínua em estado não estável para a produção de proteínas em biorreatores. As células são cultivadas em estado não estável após a entrada na fase de produção de tal forma que a viabilidade diminui ao longo do tempo. A produção de produtos proteicos usando esses métodos de cultura celular é aumentada.
