Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO DE OXIBATO COM BAIXO TEOR DE SÓDIO UMA VEZ POR NOITE. A presente invenção refere-se a composições que fornecem uma dose de oxibato uma vez por noite. As composições que contêm multiparticulados complexos de resina de troca aniônica de oxibato revestidos por bicamada proporcionam liberação modificada do oxibato por 5 a 8 horas após a dosagem. Também são fornecidos métodos de tratamento de pacientes que precisam deles com composições farmacêuticas contendo o complexo oxibatoresina de troca aniônica.
