Abstract
DIAGNÓSTICO E TRATAMENTO DA OSSIFICAÇÃO HETEROTÓPICA NEUROGÊNICA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método in vitro para o diagnóstico ou prognóstico da Ossificação Heterotópica Neurogênica (NHO), compreendendo a avaliação do nível de expressão do Fator de Crescimento Transformador Beta Induzido (TGFBi) em uma amostra biológica obtida do indivíduo que compreende secretoma de astrócito e/ou nervo. Além disso, a presente invenção também se refere a uma estratégia terapêutica para o tratamento da NHO com base em inibidores de TGFBi.
