COMPOSTO CATIÔNICO IONIZÁVEL. Novos compostos lipídicos ionizáveis da Fórmula I são fornecidos. O uso dos compostos na formação de nanopartículas lipídicas é descrito. As nanopartículas lipídicas podem encapsular uma terapêutica, como um ácido nucléico, e podem ser usadas na administração da terapêutica e em métodos de tratamento de certas condições ou para induzir uma resposta imune.
