SAIS DE AMINOÁCIDOS OPTICAMENTE ATIVOS E MÉTODO PARA SUA PREPARAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a sais de glufosinato-lisina opticamente ativos, com as estruturas das fórmulas I - IV. A presente invenção também descreve um método de preparação dos sais de glufosinato-lisina opticamente ativos, compreendendo usar D,L-glufosinato ou seu sal como matéria-prima, usando D-lisina ou L-lisina como agente de resolução, e obtenção de sal de L-glufosinato-D-lisina, sal de D-glufosinato-D-lisina, sal de L-glufosinato-L-lisina ou sal de D-glufosinato-L-lisina por reação de resolução, cristalização e filtração no sistema de agente de resolução adequado. O sal de D-glufosinato-D-lisina ou o sal de L-glufosinato-L-lisina é preparado com o solvente de resolução como um sistema anidro; e o sal de L-glufosinato-D-lisina ou sal de D-glufosinato-L-lisina é preparado com o solvente de resolução como um sistema aquoso.
