Conjunto descartável e aparelho de tratamento extracorpóreo de sangue compreendendo um circuito sanguíneo incluindo uma unidade de filtração, uma linha de retirada de sangue, uma linha de retorno de sangue, um trecho da bomba de sangue sobre a linha de retirada de sangue ou sobre a linha de retorno de sangue e configurado para ser acoplado a uma bomba de sangue do aparelho de tratamento extracorpóreo de sangue para promover fluxo sanguíneo no circuito sanguíneo. O circuito sanguíneo compreende adicionalmente uma linha de infusão conectada a tanto a linha de retirada de sangue em um primeiro sítio, quanto à linha de retorno em um segundo sítio. O circuito sanguíneo é configurável em um circuito de recirculação em laço incluindo a unidade de filtração, o trecho da bomba de sangue, uma parte da linha de retirada de sangue, uma parte da linha de retorno de sangue e uma porção de recirculação da linha de infusão interposta entre o primeiro sítio e o segundo sítio.
