Abstract
MÉTODOS PARA DETECTAR CONTAMINANTES DE LEVEDURA DIASTÁTICA. As presentes modalidades se referem a misturas, métodos, kits e sistemas que permitem a detecção de uma molécula de oligonucleotídeo derivada de Saccharomyces cerevisiae que é preditiva de levedura diastásica, independentemente do genótipo STA1 ou STA2, em produtos cervejeiros contaminados, como a cerveja, e também se referem a composições e métodos para prever o potencial de deterioração de produtos cervejeiros contaminados com levedura diastásica.
