Abstract

MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR UM PRODUTO DE FERRO DE REDUÇÃO DIRETA. Um método de redução direta para fabricar um produto de ferro de redução direta (12) com teor de carbono inferior a 1,8% em peso e temperatura de saída do forno de cuba inferior a 65 °C. Um gás de resfriamento contendo carbono (30) é introduzido na zona de resfriamento (3) do forno de cuba (1) com uma taxa de fluxo superior a 800 Nm3/tonelada de ferro de redução direta produzido.
