Abstract
DOMÍNIO VARIÁVEL TERAPÊUTICO DE ANTICORPOS DE CADEIA PESADA (VHH) QUE NEUTRALIZAM DE FORMA CRUZADA ISOFORMAS DE INTERLEUCINA 17 (IL-17). A presente invenção fornece anticorpos VHH que neutralizam a interleucina pró-inflamatória IL-17 em suas formas homodiméricas IL-17A e IL-17F, bem como em suas formas heterodiméricas IL-17AF. São fornecidas também composições farmacêuticas compreendendo os anticorpos VHH e usos para o tratamento de doenças e distúrbios inflamatórios e relacionados ao sistema imunológico.
