Abstract
TERAPIA COMBINADA QUE ENVOLVE AGENTES DE LIGAÇÃO BIESPECÍFICOS LIGADOS A CLDN18.2 E CD3 E INIBIDORES DE PONTO DE VERIFICAÇÃO IMUNOLÓGICO. A presente invenção fornece uma terapia combinada que envolve agentes de ligação biespecíficos que compreendem dois domínios de ligação que se ligam a CLDN18.2 e um domínio de ligação a CD3 e inibidores de ponto de verificação imunológico. A terapia combinada é eficaz no tratamento do câncer que envolve células cancerígenas que expressam CLDN18.2.
