Abstract
COMPOSTOS DE ANTICORPO BIESPECÍFICOS. São revelados novos compostos compreendendo dois sítios de ligação ao antígeno e um sítio de tetramerização, onde os sítios de ligação ao antígeno são selecionados entre sítios de ligação natural. Os compostos novos têm capacidade de fabricação, estabilidade e solubilidade melhoradas em comparação com compostos similares com base em sítios de ligação de scFv, tornando o composto revelado candidato muito melhor para ingredientes ativos em composições farmacêuticas.
