COMPOSIÇÕES IMUNOGÊNICAS COMPREENDENDO ANTÍGENOS SACARÍDICOS CAPSULARES CONJUGADOS E USOS DOS MESMOS. A presente invenção refere-se a novas composições imunogênicas compreendendo antígenos sacarídicos capsulares conjugados de Streptococcus pneumoniae (glicoconjugados) e usos dos mesmos. As com-posições imunogênicas da presente invenção compreenderão tipicamente pelo menos um glicoconjugado de um sorotipo de S. pneumoniae não encontrado em Prevnar, Synflorix e/ou Prevnar 13. A invenção também se refere à vacinação de indivíduos humanos, em particular bebês e idosos, contra infecções pneumocócicas usando as referidas novas composições imunogênicas.
