A presente invenção divulga um aço silício não orientado, em adição a Fe e impurezas inevitáveis, compreendendo os seguintes elementos químicos em porcentagem em massa: C(menor ou igual a)0,0050%, Si: 2,0-4,0%, Mn: 0,1-2,0%, Al: 0,001-2,0%, Cr: 0,001-5,0%, Ni: 0,001%-5,0%, Cu: 0,001-2,0%, em que os elementos químicos correspondentes em porcentagem em massa satisfazem adicionalmente o seguinte: 0<3×Si+0,5×Al+0,5×Mn-5×Cu-2,5×Cr-Ni(menor ou igual a)13,5%, em que cada símbolo de elemento na fórmula representa a porcentagem em massa do elemento correspondente. A presente invenção divulga adicionalmente um método de fabricação do aço silício não orientado acima. Ao usar a solução da presente invenção, uma placa de aço silício não orientado com excelente desempenho geral em termos de boa condução de calor e desempenho eletromagnético pode ser obtida.
