COMPOSTO DA FÓRMULA, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, E, MÉTODO PARA TRATAMENTO DE DOENÇA CARDIOVASCULAR. São revelados certos compostos 1,3,5-triazina 2,4,6-trissubstituídos da Fórmula (I), e sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos mesmos, juntamente com composições contendo os mesmos e seu uso em terapia. Os compostos são moduladores de CX3CR1 e, assim, são particularmente úteis no tratamento ou na profilaxia de distúrbios cardiovasculares, como cardiomiopatia dilatada não isquêmica e insuficiência cardíaca.
