É fornecido em uma modalidade da presente invenção um dispositivo guia de cirurgia de implante compreendendo: um suporte para cobrir a superfície bucal, superfície lingual e superfície oclusal de um dente; uma parte cirúrgica, a qual corresponde a uma posição cirúrgica de implante, tem um furo passante que entra em contato com a superfície periférica externa de uma cabeça de perfuração de um dispositivo de perfuração e tem uma abertura formada em um lado da mesma; e uma parte guia, a qual é formada na abertura da parte cirúrgica e tem uma fenda oblíqua através da qual um meio de perfuração do dispositivo de perfuração pode passar obliquamente.
