Abstract

DERIVADOS DE IMIDAZOL. A presente invenção refere-se a um composto representado pela seguinte fórmula geral (I) ou sal farmacologicamente aceitável do mesmo. O presente composto tem uma excelente ação agonística do receptor a1A adrenérgico e é útil como uma droga preventiva ou terapêutica para hipotensão ortostática, hipotensão essencial, hipotensão aguda associada a várias doenças ou condições e incontinência urinária. [Na fórmula, R1 representa um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo C1-C3 alquila; e Z é selecionado a partir do grupo que consiste em um grupo fenilamino substituído, um grupo fenilóxi substituído, um grupo feniltio substituído, um grupo tienilamino substituído e semelhantes.]
