A presente invenção se refere a uma vedação flexível para formar uma conexão selada entre um primeiro componente e um segundo componente por meio de um fixador e uma abertura formada no segundo componente. A vedação flexível inclui um furo passante, uma superfície de vedação, e uma estrutura de treliça. O furo passante recebe pelo menos uma porção do fixador. A superfície de vedação se conforma ao segundo componente e veda a abertura. A estrutura de treliça produz uma vedação formada entre a superfície de vedação e o segundo componente.
