A presente revelação se refere mais particularmente ao uso combinado de um anticorpo ativador de BTN3A que ativa a função citolítica de células T V¿9Vd2, e de Venetoclax, que inibe seletivamente o receptor Bcl2, e agentes hipometilantes como Azacitidina, para promover sinérgica e especificamente a atividade anticâncer de células T V¿9Vd2.
