MÉTODOS PARA DETERMINAÇÃO E MONITORAMENTO DA REJEIÇÃO DE XENOTRANSPLANTES POR MEIO DA MEDIÇÃO DE ÁCIDOS NUCLEICOS OU PROTEÍNAS DERIVADAS DO XENOTRANSPLANTE. A presente divulgação fornece métodos para preparação e análise de amostras biológicas de receptores de xenotransplante, em que os métodos compreendem a extração de DNA livre de células fragmentado ou intacto, RNA (como mRNA ou miRNA) ou proteína derivada da amostra do receptor de xenotransplante, e a medição de quantidades de DNA livre de células, RNA (como mRNA ou miRNA) ou proteína derivada do xenotransplante permite a avaliação da rejeição do xenotransplante. A detecção do DNA livre de células, ou RNA, pode ser realizada pela preparação de bibliotecas de sequenciamento e pela execução do sequenciamento do genoma completo.
