Abstract
COMPOSTOS MELHORADORES DE LACTATO E SEUS USOS. A presente invenção refere-se a novos agentes úteis para estimular a captação de glicose e a liberação de lactato pelos astrócitos. A invenção também se refere a métodos de preparação, formulações e usos terapêuticos desses agentes, notadamente para a prevenção e/ou tratamento de distúrbios neurológicos com hipometabolismo energético cerebral, em particular distúrbios neurodegenerativos, neurometabólico e psiquiátricos, ou para melhorar as funções cognitivas e de memória.
