A presente invenção refere-se a uma formulação de vacina contra a dengue compreendendo uma composição do vírus da dengue tetravalente compreendendo um sorotipo 1 do vírus da dengue vivo atenuado, um sorotipo 2 do vírus da dengue vivo atenuado, um sorotipo 3 do vírus da dengue vivo atenuado e um sorotipo 4 do vírus da dengue vivo atenuado, pelo menos um dissacarídeo não redutor, pelo menos um poloxâmero, ureia, pelo menos um aminoácido com uma cadeia lateral carregada positivamente em pH neutro, trometamina e albumina sérica humana.
