Abstract
INGREDIENTE PARA RAÇÃO, RAÇÃO, DIETA COM RAÇÃO, MÉTODO PARA ALIMENTAR UM ANIMAL, E, USO DE UMA FONTE DE ÍONS DE BISSULFITO. A invenção abrange um ingrediente para ração que compreende um ou mais ácidos orgânicos, uma ou mais proteínas, menos de 10 ppm de micotoxinas com base no peso total do ingrediente para ração, pelo menos 0,1 ppm de micotoxinas sulfonatadas e seus derivados com base no peso total do ingrediente para ração e, opcionalmente, compostos de degradação das micotoxinas sulfonatadas. Além disso, a invenção abrange um processo para preparar tal ingrediente para ração que compreende uma etapa em que um meio contendo micotoxina é tratado com uma fonte de bissulfito (por exemplo, SBS) para sulfonatar as micotoxinas e torná-las não tóxicas na ração animal.
