COMBINAÇÕES TERAPÊUTICAS COMPREENDENDO INIBIDORES DE PROTEASE 1 DE PROCESSAMENTO ESPECÍFICO DE UBIQUITINA (USP1) E INIBIDORES SELETIVOS DE PARP1. A presente invenção fornece combinações terapêuticascompreendendo (i) um inibidor de protease 1 de processamento específico de ubiquitina (USP1) e (ii) inibidor seletivo de PARP1, ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável, hidrato, solvato, sólido amorfo, polimorfo, ou cocristais dos mesmos, em que o inibidor de USP1 compreende ou sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, hidratos, solvatos, sólido amorfos, polimorfos, ou cocristais dos mesmos. A presente invenção também é direcionada ao uso de combinações para inibir a proteína USP1 e/ou PARP1 e/ou para tratar um distúrbio responsivo à inibição das proteínas USP1 e/ou PARP1 e atividade de USP1 e/ou PARP1. As combinações da presente invenção são especialmente úteis para o tratamento do câncer.
