Abstract
POLIPEPTÍDEOS FC MODIFICADOS COM SIALILAÇÃO AUMENTADA. A presente divulgação se refere a composições contendo polipeptídeos Fc de imunoglobulina altamente sialilados tendo uma substituição de aminoácido de fenilalanina para um resíduo de aminoácido alifático, tal como alanina, no resíduo de aminoácido 241 da cadeia pesada de Fc. São divulgados ainda métodos de fabricação dos polipeptídeos Fc altamente sialilados em um sistema de expressão recombinante. São também divulgados métodos de uso das composições divulgadas para o tratamento de uma doença ou distúrbio inflamatório.
