Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, GRÂNULO PARA SUSPENSÃO, SUSPENSÃO E SEUS USOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um grânulo para suspensão, que é uma composição farmacêutica incluindo: um composto que apresenta a fórmula 1 ou um sal ou solvato farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo; um agente de ligação; e um dispersante. O agente de ligação inclui um agente de ligação selecionado do grupo que consiste em um agente de ligação de celulose, um agente de ligação de povidona, um agente de ligação de álcool vinílico e um agente de ligação de polissacarídeo espessante. O dispersante é selecionado do grupo que consiste em um dispersante de sal inorgânico, um dispersante de éter, um dispersante de amido, um dispersante de celulose e um dispersante de sal de éster de ácido graxo.
