A presente invenção refere-se a uma emulsão lipídica para nutrição parenteral e enteral total (oral ou através de tubos gástricos, ou duodenais).A emulsão lipídica tem efeitos imunomoduladores, anti-inflamatórios e antidiabéticos vantajosos.A emulsão lipídica também pode compreender um medicamento farmacêutico, pode ser usada como um desintoxicante ou para reverter os efeitos negativos da lesão de isquemia-reperfusão.
